I don’t even know where to start and how to express how much I love Senso and am grateful that it is part of my life. I used to be sick twice a year for almost 16 years in a row. A year ago I entered the premises of Senso for the first time and I knew right away that it will change my life. I haven’t been sick since I do Pilates. I am happy, more confident, more focused, well organized and yes my body shape shifted. I love Contrology and its ideas and I love Senso teachers especially Carolyne who spreads light and laughter wherever she appears and Adelle who is a very patient and loving teacher.
